We would like to travel from Colorado Springs to Durango and wanted to know if rt 160 is passable via motorhome? Need a 10'8" clearance

What kind of a B.S. gun law is that? If I can't get to the gun while traveling when I am being threatened, or my family, what good is it to me? Keep it in the back of the vehicle unloaded? Hell, I would be killed if some lunatic Democrat came up to me trying to kill me or my family. The right to keep and bear arms does not mention any of this B.S. in the Constitution. If I was stopped and searched and police found my gun, they have no right to mess with it or me. Would they take my hunting knife and charge me with a crime if I was wearing it on my belt? Has the Constitution been thrown out and does it mean nothing? We need common sense laws, not got- ya B.S. laws here in America. We need Mr. Trump badly before we lose this country to a pack of overly brainwashed Professors and Marxist fools! The people trying to make these laws are idiots and have no clue about life or freedom or what is right or wrong, or self-protection, and the duty a man has when protecting his family. We need to re-write all the laws on the books we have now and add common sense to each and every one of them. Fair and just laws for the people of this country.

Can you comment on the interior noise? Are there any rattles or constant squeaks from the house area? We rented an RV and it made so much noise and felt like it was going to fall apart behind us, it was very nerve racking to drive, especially when we got off a paved road where we could not drive faster than 12-15mph. Also, do you run the house AC when in really warm conditions? Can that be done if needed, like if traveling with pets??

I agree with you. One of the best looking ebike for affordable price. Love color design of white and gray color. Hard to choose between this two.

In regards to the step, we met a couple at the Texoma Travelers rally that had a spa step that fit over the metal step. It turns it into two steps instead of one so much easier to get in and out. The spa steps have texture because they are made to put next to a hot tub. No slipping! We got one and it’s made a huge difference. We just put it inside the LTV when we travel and it’s the first thing to go out when we stop.

We spent two nights there in July. The showers were out of order and they had brought in some portable ones. Luckily we have a nice shower in our Leisure Travel Van. Very expensive. Site was level. Laundry is located in the clubhouse. It’s quite a walk if you are located on the outer edges of the park.

What's the average wait time right now on LTV's? Any 'market adjustments' being pulled on buyers?

Nah. Don't count on fuel and water weights being already included.... Verify with manufacturer. If there is a wreck, no matter who was at fault, insurance companies are going to want to know weight in order to judge whether handling/braking could have been a problem for either party and, therefore, find a reason not to pay out.

Steer clear of Albuquerque Mercedes for service. Dropped off for B service the day before the scheduled appointment so they’d have it first thing the following day. Told them I’d come back the day after the appointment so they’d have an entire day to take care of it, do not rush it. Went back to pick it up and it had not been touched. Service manager apologized (kinda) and I told him keep it all day and I’d pick it up the next day. Less than two hours later he called and said it was ready. I find it hard to believe that all that the B service includes was performed. I think they changed the oil/oil filter and reset the oil maintenance counter and nothing more. Can’t prove it but one indication that they may have skipped a few checks was my TPMS showed that all 6 tires were not up to correct PSI. I literally filled the tires to correct PSI in the Mercedes parking lot with my air compressor. I didn’t go in to complain because I was pretty pissed and knew it wouldn’t have gone well. I did leave a detailed review and someone called me a few days later to apologize and covered the cost of the additional hotel night. The Mercedes service manager, in my opinion, is incompetent. I’ve had great experiences elsewhere over the past two years.

What is your opinion on getting an inspection on a NEW LTV Unity FX. I think you bought yours new. If you buy a new one some day would you get it inspected?

The first time I saw the idea for the step support was using a residential water valve key. Is there a difference between the product and the big box solution beside about $60?

I’ve heard quality is really sucky in the rv industry, but I don’t know if that’s just for travel trailers, fifth wheels, etc that get towed behind a vehicle, or motorhomes, or campervans, just some or all have quality drop? I don’t know. How often have you had anything break, need to be replaced? How much did the repairs, servicing cost? How difficult was it to find someone to fix it, to find the replacement, how expensive was the piece?

Thanks to you both for the education. On the subject of AC filters, I’ve been using a standard home filter. I cut it from the cardboard frame then cut rectangle sections to fit the intake vent. Does this put too much strain on an RV AC? What I mean is because it is denser than a spongy one does it make the AC struggle to intake the air to the point I may be damaging it?

I've been following you for quite some time and love your videos! Just wondering, though, do you prefer your airstream over your leisure travel van which you used to have? Which do you prefer? I know they are different, but I'd love to hear your Feedback.

I stayed for the month of February a couple of years ago in my Airstream. Expensive, but cheaper than renting a condo for a month.
